First vice PM offers condolences to families of those killed in Kyiv clashes

The government should do everything possible for the stable functioning of the state, acting Prime Minister, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov said at today's Cabinet’s meeting.

He stressed that the President and MPs have taken important steps to search for a compromise.

"At the same time, a full compromise is possible only under the condition of mutual respect for the positions of all parties to the negotiations. We must reject aggression and ultimatums. The only way to emerge from the crisis and find understanding is dialogue. The Government on its part is ready to provide the proper environment to achieve national stability," acting Prime Minister said.

"On this occasion, I would like on behalf of the government to offer condolences to the families of those killed in recent confrontations. I hope that there will be no more victims of the confrontations," Arbuzov said.
