Police call on Ukrainians to report on provocations

Kyiv law enforcement officers ask people to report on provocations and not complicate traffic, head of the Kyiv Interior Ministry department press service Olga Bilyk said in comments to ForUm correspondent.

"Law enforcers ensure public order and protection of administrative buildings to provide normal operation of state institutions. Protesters stay nearby. Law enforcers call on people to avoid violations, provocations and conflicts. Situation is calm. Serious conflicts have been prevented," she said.

Furthermore, Bilyk recalled that law enforcers are ready to cooperate in preventing provocations and provocateurs. "People may come up to the police officers, to work with patrols. We are ready to cooperate. We are willing to work with people to ensure public order. We hope there will be no conflicts and violations," she said.

Bilyk noted that traffic in the downtown area is complicated in connection with the mass actions.
