Court finishing hearings on Yuri Lutsenko case

Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has completed the stage of questioning witnesses and started to study the materials, presiding Judge Serhiy Vovk announced.

Lutsenko's lawyer Igor Famin explained journalists that in accordance with the hearings order, after studying the materials the court will question the defendant, will listen to debates and the last speeches of the prosecutor and defense lawyer, after which will go to a consultation room to pass a sentence.
