Yanukovych: Ukraine is not ready for the Constitution reform


 The leader of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych considers today’s speech of Viktor Yushchenko in the parliament as the last one. He said that today at the briefing. The ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“Today we heard the last speech of Yushchenko in the parliament, because it will not take place next year,” Yanukovych said.

According to him, in President’s speech we heard many declarations, including declaration on changes into the Constitution.

 
Speaking about two-chamber parliament, Yanukovych noted: “Such changes should be prepared. But at first Ukraine must pass the corresponding period. It is necessary to organize effective work of the parliament with a coalition supporting the government,” he said.
