Tymoshenko is against of early elections

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko does not support initiative on simultaneous early Presidential and parliamentary elections. She said that yesterday in “Svoboda slova” TV show on ICTV channel.

“Such war will lead to total destabilization of the political situation in the country,” Tymoshenko said.

PM reminded that early presidential elections are possible only under condition of impeachment. But this procedure is unreasonable because next presidential elections will take place soon.

According to Tymoshenko it is not time to hold early elections now. Some countries under the crisis conditions even postpone elections for 1-2- years.

As a reminder, the Party of Regions insists on simultaneous early presidential and parliamentary elections.
