Ukraine's parliament took the last step towards Yushchenko's impeachment

The parliament of Ukraine has adopted a law, necessary to start the procedure of the presidentoial impeachment. 359 MPs, namely 159 of the Party of Regions, 148 of BYuT,5 of Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense, 7 of the Communist party of Ukraine and 20 of the Lytvyn's bloc, have passed the relevan changes into a number of laws of Ukraine (regarding the powers of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine).

The law comes into force from the day of its public announcement.
