IMF to receive letter with 'a consolidated position of the Ukrainian party' - Yushchenko

A letter with 'a consolidated position of the Ukrainian party' will be sent to the International Monetary Fund in a day, President Viktor Yushchenko has announced today.

He also noted that participants in today's meeting on the situation at the monetary-credit and currency markets completed 'a repeated revision' of steps to revive cooperation with the IMF.

In particular, these were the issues on balancing of the Pension Fund, balancing of the budget and balancing of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine's budget.
