Parliament supported Pinzenyk's resignaiton


The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has dismissed Viktor Pinzeyk from the post of Finance Minister of Ukraine, ForUm’s correspondent reported.

238 of 439 MPs, in particular one deputy of the Party of Regions, 37 MPs of Our Ukraine, 154 of BYuT, 19 of the Lytvyn’s bloc and 27 Mps of Communist party, voted for the resolution.

Viktor Pinzenyk was not present in the session hall during the voting. Pinzenyk sent in his resignation as the Finance Minister of Ukraine on Fenruary 12.

VR vice speaker Oleksandr Lavrynovycn informed the deputies that he talked to Pinzenyk on the phone. The latter said he was staying in a hospital and could not attend the voting. He also asked MPs to support his resignation.
