Tymoshenko to appeal NSDC decision to court

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko does not exclude that she will appeal the NSDC decision on gas issue to the court. She told a briefing after the NSDC meeting, Government portal reports.

“If such NSDC decision, having not a word of truth, provides for the return of the corruption schemes of RosUkrEnergo, I will appeal this decision, drawn up as Decree of the President, to court and press for the truth,” she said.

Yulia Tymoshenko is confident that Ukraine gained a victory in gas talks and get out with the lowest gas price. “What do these corrupt speculators need? Do they want me to let them in the market? Not at any price,” she stated.

Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized that if the NSDC even approves the decision on denunciation of the Gas Contract, “it won’t be valid because this Contract is between the two economic subjects and no authority, except the court, can denounce it”.
