Tymoshenko: Negotiating process between Ukraine and Russia on gas shipments to be held at governmental level

The gas negotiations of Ukraine and the Russian Federation will be carried on at the level of Governments of two states. Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko told a briefing in Yevpatoria. “I am confident that negotiations to be concluded with implementation of the Memorandum signed by prime ministers of two states on October 2, 2008 and that Ukraine and Russia sign contracts of gas supplies,” Yulia Tymoshenko stressed.

The Head of Government noted that Ukraine had fulfilled its part of the Memorandum and paid off for all natural gas consumed in 2008 timely and in full. There is the accounting report in support of it.
