Rusyns formed their government

According to him, declaration of independence of Podkarpattya Rus is in his competence. AT the same time he did not called names of the government members in order to avoid provocations.

Earlier the second European congress of Podkarpattya Rusyns put ultimatum to the power of Zakarpattya - to declare national autonomy of Rusyns in Ukraine's conmposition on December 1. In case it is not done, then Act on declaration of reunion of Rusyn statehood in status of Podkarpattya Rus republic from November 22, 1938 will come into effect automatically.
