Oil supply to Ukrainian refineries reduced


Oil supply to the Ukrainian oil refinery plants was reduced by 29.7% in January-September, comparing to the analogous period of 2007.

Supply of Ukrainian oil to Ukrainian refineries was increased by 1.3% in January-September, comparing to the analogous period of 2007.

For nine months Ukrainian refineries have processed 7316.6 thousand tons of oil, which is 27.9% less than in for the analogous period of 2007.

Note: There are six working refineries in Ukraine of total refining capacity 51.11 mln tons of oil annually. Three of them, including Odessa refinery “Lukoil”, Lisichansk refinery “ÒÍÊ-ÂД and Kremenchug plant “Naftogaz Ukrainy” control 66% of the Ukrainian petrol market and 51% of the diesel fuel market.
