Parliament adopted law on state budget-2008

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the changes into the law on the state budget 2008 and changes into some legislative acts of Ukraine.

The parliament approved the presidential draft bill on allotment money for liquidation of consequences of the natural disaser in the western regions of Ukraine, including some amendments submittd by the government and Lytvyn's bloc. 441 out of 448 MPs voted for this.

The VRU chairman Arseniy Yatsenyuk closed the extra VR session. MPs will continue their work on September 2.
