Nemyria: Government received above 800 instructions from Secretariat

Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Hryhoriy Nemyria told a press conference that the Government had received above 800 instructions from the Presidential Secretariat during the first 100 days of work.

“During the first 100 days of work the Government received above 800 instructions from the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine. This means more than eight per day, in other words, every work hour the Government received one and a half instruction,” Hryhoriy Nemyria told noting that the world does not practice it.

At the same time the Vice Prime Minister stressed that “if such things take place and this problem sees no solution, suffers not only the Government – all suffer.

According to Hryhoriy Nemyria, every structural subdivision has to discharge its functional duties in accordance with the Constitution.

“It is a problem when such technical structures or advisory structures take unusual for them functions and constitutionally illegal political functions. In this case it is dangerous not from the point of view of separate persons but form the point of view of the democracy’s health of Ukraine. And practically this damages the efficiency of democracy in Ukraine,” Hryhoriy Nemyria commented upon. Cabinet's press service reports. Cabinet's press service reports.
