Ukrainian President to visit Great Britain

Ukrainian President to visit Great Britain


On May 14 -15 the working visit of President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will take place. The press service of the Head of the State informs.

The program of the visit foresees negotiations of the President of Ukraine with Prime Minister of the Great Britain, Gordon Brown and their joint press conference.

The meeting of the President of Ukraine with the leading parliamentarians of the Great Britain and his address to the Members of parliament are foreseen too.

President Yushchenko will also meet with Prince Andrew, Duke of York in the Buckingham Palace.

The Ukrainian President will make a speech “Progress of Ukraine after the orange revolution” in the Royal Institute of International Affairs.

Besides, the President will take part in opening ceremony of exhibition dedicated to Holodomor in 1932-1933.
