Day of Europe to be held in Odesa next week


A wide program of events on the occasion of the Day of Europe is elaborated by the authorities of Odesa and the region. The Odesa Prymorskyi Boulevard is chosen to be a place for holding the celebrations. Cabinet's press office reports.

The International Conference "Development of Economic Cooperation in the EU under Conditions of Ukraine's WTO Membership" will be an important event within the frames of celebrating the Day of Europe.

Odesa became one of three Ukrainian cities where events dedicated to the Day of Europe will take place. The same celebrations will be held also in Kyiv and Donetsk.

Participating in the celebrations will be ambassadors of the Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary and Croatia, Head of the European Commission representative office in Ukraine Jen Boug and representatives of academic circles.
