Yushchenko asks to prepare new draft project on state purchases

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko considers that within 15 days it is necessary to prepare and process new draft law on state purchases. T he President stated in Yalta at the sitting of the council on cooperation of State power and local governments

The President also wants the government to elaborate temporary regulations. Besides, the President stated that he was not glad about parliament’s voting for cancellation of a row of projects of previous law on state purchases. He considers that the decision of the parliament is political.

Yushchenko has also noted that the adoption of new law is very important and it will influence life of the country. He asked to prepare new draft project on state purchases in near future.
