Lutsenko leaves for Kosovo


Tomorrow Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko and deputy Foreign Minister will leave for Kosovo in order to clear the situation where Ukrainian peacekeepers were suffered. Press secretary of the President Iryna Vannikova informed today at the briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“By order of the President of Ukraine tomorrow Interior Minister and deputy Foreign Minister will leave for Kosovo to sort out the situation,” she said.

She also informed that the President expressed condolences to family of killed peacekeeper.

As a reminder, yesterday Ukrainian peacekeepers which are in peacekeeping forces of UNO were wounded during unrest in Kosovo. One of the peacekeepers was killed.
