Secretary General of European Council to visit Ukraine

On March 19-21 Secretary General of the European Council Terry Davis by invitation of President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will come to Ukraine. Head of the press service of the Foreign Ministry Vasyl Kyrylych informed.

According to him, the main aim of the visit is the acquaintance with the position of Ukraine’s leadership concerning political processes, which are happing in Ukraine after the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada.

The program of the visit foresees the meeting of Terry Davis with President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, PM Yulia Tymoshenko, VRU chairman Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the representative of the Constitutional Court, the Foreign Minister and the Justice Minister.
