OU-PSD wants Russia to withdraw Black Sea fleet


People’s deputy from OU-PSD faction Oles Doniy considers that today Ukraine should consider issue on withdrawal of Russian Black Sea fleet in 2017. He said that today at the international round table “Neutral status as paradigm of foreign policy strategy of Ukraine”.

“Unfortunately Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation plays destabilizing role in national security so Ukraine must do everything possible to fulfill agreements between Ukraine and Russia and Black Sea fleet of RF to be withdrawn from the territory of Ukraine,” Doniy noted.

According to Doniy, it is necessary now to put this issue for consideration and demand from Russia to prepare plan of correspondent actions because it is impossible to withdraw the fleet for one year.

Doniy also noted that Ukrainian politicians who stand for neutral status of Ukraine must be concerned not only about not accession to NATO but also about withdrawal of Russian fleet out of Ukraine.
