Moroz considers Yushchenko’s idea on new Constitution is absurd

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko will not manage to submit draft version of the Constitution to referendum. Leader of SPU Olexander Moroz said that today, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

According to him, Yushchenko will not get support of the parliament and will not able to submit new redaction of the Constitution to the referendum. Today apart from PR, representatives of BYuT and Our Ukraine are against of this referendum.

“Everybody understands absurd idea of the President and that such things cant be submitted to the referendum,” Moroz said.

According to him, even former president Leonid Kuchma could not approve results of people's plebiscite in the parliament, despite 104% voted “for” in some regions.
