Symonenko: People’s deputies opened way to NATO


Leader of CPU faction Petro Symonenko considers that VRU, having adopted resolution on NATO, voted for absurd thing. He said that today in the parliament, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“We do not have law on national referendum,” Symonenko said, adding that Viktor Yushchenko will never sign such law. He is sure that “letter of three” is planned provocation.

According to Symonenko, by this resolution, People’s deputies supported “letter of three”. People’s deputies opened way for Ukraine to realize plan on accession to NATO. "Now Ukraine will participate in military actions, including operations in Afghanistan," he said.
