Leader of Lytvyn bloc Volodymyr Lytvyn considers that today there is a horrible situation in the parliament. He noted that lobby talks are held in the parliament.

Lytvyn noted that today not all heads of parliamentary factions were gathered at the consultation. If only two persons gather and agree with each other then it is necessary to dismiss the parliament. Lytvyn considers that two or three persons cant make decision for the whole parliament.
