Yanukovych considers Tymoshenko does not cope with inflation growth


Opposition government forecasts that inflation rate this year will comprise more than 20%. Party of Regions leader Viktor Yanukovych said that today at the briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

He reminded that in January inflation rate made more than 2%. “We forecast the same inflations in February,” Yanukovych said.

According to him, Ukrainian economy faces “worry situation”. “First of all the problem concerns economic policy of current government. In comparison with January of last year GDP growth is reduced almost twice. This result is even worse than in 2005,” Yanukovych said.

Yanukovych is sure that orange team does not learn its mistakes but repeat them even in worse variant. “It is non-professionalism and inability of current government to manage the economic processes,” Yanukovych added.

Yanukovych noted that current inflation is the highest for last seven years.
