Government monitors daily gas supply

The Cabinet of Ministers has launched daily gas supply monitoring to control gas import to Ukraine, Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk said yesterday.

We will send a representative to the Ukrainian-Russian borer to check this, he said.

According to the Finance Minister, no control was run earlier.

As a reminder ,Vice PM Olexander Turchynov stated this week: “Debt in amount of 5.2 milliard is paid off. But at the same time Ukraine does not admit 414 million from this sum which were calculated for gas supplied in 2006 at prices of 2007. Corresponding documents are in court and we hope judicial power will put an end to this issue."
