Cabinet forecasts cut of inflation rate in February

Economy Ministry forecasts that inflation rate will be much lower than in January of the current year. The first deputy Economy Minister Anatoliy Maksyuta said that today at the briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

According to him, the government is working in order not to have inflation.

He noted that Tymoshenko’s government “inherited” high level of inflation from its predecessors that influenced inflation in January of the current year.

“The government takes all possible measures not to allow high level of inflation this year,” he said.
