Tymoshenko: Government to formulate a concept of cooperation with Russia

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko declares that within the next few days the Gov’t will formulate a concept of cooperation with Russia in the issues of gas supplies for Ukraine. Cabinet's press office reports.

 

At the Cabinet of Minister’s of Ukraine session the Head of Government has informed that within the next few days Naftogaz delegation will pay a visit to Russian Federation during which the deligation will present the draft Agreements and an official position of Ukrainian Government concerning this issue. “We will try to keep the line which gives Ukraine a feeling of energy safety,” Yulia Tymoshenko assured.

 

She noted that conclusions of negotiations with Gazprom board prove cooperation between the two states in gas domain would be dynamic and equal. At this, according to her, “there won’t be any deviations from the transparent schemes of gas supplies on Ukraine’s side.”
