Yushchenko: Ukraine is interested in attraction of Italian capital


President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has held a meeting today with Gruppo Unicredito CEO Alessandro Profumo.

As the press office of the President reports, the Head of the State has noted that level of turnover between two countries has positive dynamics, and Italian investment in Ukrainian economics has considerable prospects.

“Cooperation with both your banking group and Italy in whole is very important for us,” Yushchenko said during the meeting. “We are interested in active attraction of Italian capital to Ukraine”.

The President also described promising investment projects including those connected with preparation for EURO 2012.
