Lytvyn is ready to initiate early elections

Leader of the Lytvyn’s bloc Volodymyr Lytvyn is ready to introduce the draft resolution on early parliamentary elections, if other political forcers insist on this. He stated in an interview with journalists after consultations of factions’ leaders in the office of VRU speaker Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

“That’s why I have said today, if we want to solve this situation, let me prepare and introduces corresponding draft project and then you will sign it,” he said.

At the same time, according to Lytvyn, today political forces only threaten each other with early elections. According to him, each person understands the article of the Constitution on this question differently. “And that’s why there are attempts of political forces to blackmail each other with the help of early elections holding” Lytvyn said. He has noted that nobody will be able to blackmail each other in such case.
