Tymoshenko: I got used to implement fantastic things

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko considers that programs on affordable accommodations proposed by the President and government can be implemented simultaneously. She informed about it yesterday in an interview with 1+1 channel, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“Today we have such great deficit of affordable dwellings that it is necessary to use not one but several models,” she said.

At that Tymoshenko noted that programs offered by President and government can be realized simultaneously.

“The government will fulfill the model the President offered and model which the government is elaborating. I think that even having used these two programs we need much time to satisfy demand of people for affordable dwellings,” she said.

Tymoshenko also does not agree with skeptic statements concerning plans of the government to grant credits for accommodations at 4-6 percent per annum. “If I say that 4-6% then it will be so. As to someone says that these are fantastic things, then I got used to realize fantastic things,’ she added.

Earlier first head of President’s Secretariat Olexander Shlapak noted that lowering of loan rates up to 4-6% by their refinancing by state loan institution is unlikely to be done.
