Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko pays two day visit to Brussels.
According to government’s press service, on January 28 Yulia Tymoshenko is expected to hold a meeting with the President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso, Secretary General of the European People’ Party Antonio Lopez Isturiz, Chairman of the European Parliament Hans-Gert Pottering, representatives of committee of the EP on Foreign Affairs and parliament cooperation Ukraine-EU and representatives of foreign mass media.
At the end of the day Yulia Tymoshenko will hold a working dinner with Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs and EU Coordinator of the Nabucco gas pipeline project Jozias van Aartsen.
On January 29 Yulia Tymoshenko is going to meet with European Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy Benita Ferrero-Waldner.
Meetings of Yulia Tymoshenko with Secretary-General of the EU Council of Ministers, High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana, EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium Guy Verhofstadt and Vice President of the European Commission, EU Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security Franco Frattini are also scheduled.
Yulia Tymoshenko is accompanied by vice PM Hryhoriy Nemyrya, Economy Minister Bohdan Danilishyn and other officials.
