Yanukovych agitates People’s deputies not to support “breakthrough”

The Party of Regions calls upon other parliamentary factions not to support the Action Program of the government “Ukrainian breakthrough: for people, but not for politicians.” It is stated in the letter of the Party of Regions faction, signed by leader of the faction Viktor Yanukovych, to leaders of other factions of the Verkhovna Rada.

It is stated in the letter that the draft program “Ukrainian breakthrough”, submitted to the parliament on January 17, consists of intentions and desires and it has a row of issues, which do not correspond to the acting Constitution of Ukraine and the laws, and are aimed at disbalance between branches of power and contradict principle of power division.
