Regionals to demand resign of Lutsenko

The Party of Regions will demand resignation of Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko. Leader of the Party of regions Viktor Yanukovych stated at the sitting of the opposition government.

Yanukovych has emphasized that assessment of actions of Lutsenko (in relation to Kyiv mayor Leonid Chernovetsky – ed.) is definite. According to him, “a man, who can permit himself to behave in such way, must answer in law.”

Yanukovych has emphasized that the Party of Regions will insist on consideration of this question at the sitting of the parliament and demand resignation of the Minister. He has added that the Party of Regions will insist on the corresponding resolution from the Cabinet of Ministers.
