Ohryzko discussed implementation of free visa regime with ambassadors of EU

Foreign Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Ohryzko discussed with ambassadors of the EU to Ukraine question on free visa journeys of Ukrainian citizens to the countries of the European Union.

As the press service of the Foreign Ministry informs, the meeting of Ohryzko with ambassadors of the EU to Ukraine – ambassador of the European Commission Ien Boug, ambassador of the French Republic Jean-Paul Veziant and ambassador of the Slovenian Republic Primozh Sheligo, was held in Kyiv on January 16.

In particular, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine informed the ambassadors to Ukraine about priorities of Ukraine in the cooperation with the EU and about the aim to start the dialog on implementation of free visa regime for journeys to the countries of the EU for Ukrainians.

Ogryzko also welcome ambassadors of the EU to Ukraine with the beginning of the sixth round of negotiations concerning new Strengthened agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
