Knyzevych and Tailor discussed cooperation in the field of health care

The meeting of Minister of Health of Ukraine Vasyl Knyazevych with Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the USA to Ukraine William Tailor was held in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

As the press service of the Ministry of Health informs, during the meeting the directions of further cooperation in the sphere of health care, in particular, struggle with HIV/AIDS, were discussed,

Vasyl Knyazevych has acquainted Tailor with priorities of the Ministry’s work and directions of reforms in the medical sphere of Ukraine, noting that the Ministry will realize the course of system changes in accordance with the elaborated program so that people to feel the care of the State about safety of their health and the Ministry wants to ensure high-quality, accessible medical aid. The Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the USA has proposed help of the Agency of International development of the USA in carrying out reforms in the system of health care of Ukraine.
