Yushchenko submitted draft bill on Cabinet to the VRU

President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has sent draft bill on Cabinet to the parliament. He informed about it today in scope of annual meeting with Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and VRU chairman Arseny Yatsenyuk with participation of NSDC secretary and head of President’s secretariat.

According to Yushchenko, law on Cabinet must regulate authorities and order of activity of government and define order on formation of the Cabinet of Ukraine.

Apart from draft bill on Cabinet, President also submitted draft bills ”On local state administration”, “On local authorities” “On changes introduction to law “On Constitutional Court”, and “On Supreme Justice Council”. President asks that submitted draft bills to be considered and adopted by the VRU as urgent ones.
