Ukrainian teenagers occupied first place in the world in alcohol consumption

Ukrainian and Israeli youth occupy the first and the second places in the world in the rating of alcohol consumption among children and youth. As Deutshche Welle informs, new research of the World organization of health service performs such data.  

Within the framework of the research the scientists polled more than 200 thousand of pupils of fifth, eighth and tenth forms from 41 countries of the world. According to the obtained results, the scientists made a list of countries, where alcoholism of teenagers has reached threatening level.

Ukraine holds the first place, where 40 % of teenagers drink alcohol at list once a month. Israel holds the second position with 28% of alcohol consumers. Czech holds the next position. Russian pupils hold fifteenth position, and Iceland and Ireland are last in the list.
