Tymoshenko will not permit to cancel imperative mandate

The BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko claims that the BYuT will not permit the cancellation of imperative mandate for People’s deputies of local councils. The press service of the BYuT informs.

According to Tymoshenko, attempts to cancel the law on imperative mandate for local People’s deputies through courts, “with the help of corrupt judges” take place.

Tymoshenko notes that “the norm of imperative mandate is active for today,” and she assures “we will nobody permit to cancel it”. According to her, “imperative mandate is a formation of the newest political traditions of Ukraine, the transfer to fair and responsible policy”.

Yulia Tymoshenko reminded that in the VRU of the fifth convocation the BYuT had registered the draft bill on “Discharge of judges, involved in corruption”.

“And we a one hundred percent guarantee the responsibility of judges, involved in stoppage of the law on imperative mandate for People’s deputies of local councils,” the BYuT leader stated.
