Yatsenyuk discussed oil-gas issues in Turkmenistan


During negotiations in Ashkhabad the Foreign Minister of Ukraine Arseny Yatsenyuk has discussed with vice PM, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov issues on oil-gas sphere.

According to Foreign Ministry press office, the meeting became a continuation of active political dialogue between two foreign-policy departments of two countries.

Taking into consideration that Yatsenyuk was accompanied by many representatives of business circle, significant attention was paid to activization of economic cooperation. In particular, the matter concerned attraction of Ukrainian enterprises to projects realization in construction and oil-gas spheres. The sides agreed to hold session of intergovernmental commission on trade-economic cooperation.

The sides also discussed issues on cultural-humanitarian cooperation.

Yatsenyuk expressed congratulation to his Turkmen colleague on occasion of National holiday marked on October 27.
