On Monday leaders of BYuT and "Our Ukraine–People’s Self-Defense" bloc signed an agreement on democratic coalition formation in mass media presence. The agreement was signed by Yulia Tymoshenko, Vyacheslav Kyrylenko and Yury Lutsenko.
Tymoshenko noted that agreement had been totally prepared and there were no uncoordinated issues, that’s why decision was made to sign this document in mass media presence.
“We have made conclusions from many processes of the previous years. We know for sure what to do and with what team,” Tymoshenko stressed.
In turn, Vyacheslav Kyrylenko assured that agreement without any changes would be signed as constitutional agreement on democratic coalition formation on the first day of new parliament session, as it is foreseen by the Constitution.
He noted that signed agreement was the new course of the country as this agreement jointed two political forces.
Kyrylenko said that this agreement excluded any possibility to form a coalition with the Party of Regions.
