Observers of Russian Federation positively estimated elections in Sevastopil

Russian observers in Sevastopil estimated positively elections arrangement and holding. Representative of International organization “For fair elections” Sergey Lazarev informed that he has a positive impression on election process. According to him, there are some nuances of procedure and technical character.

He also noted some violations concerning election lists. According to him, voters activity during these elections is higher than during the previous elections.

In general impression on elections is positive, elections are going on actively.
