Ukraine can assist Belarus in Nuclear power station construction


Head of main department of perspective development and investments of Energy Ministry of Belarus Vladimir Bobrov does not exclude that contract construction organizations from Ukraine, Russia or Lithuania will be involved in building of Nuclear power station. He said that yesterday at a press conference in Minsk.

At that he noted that Belarus would intend to realize project by forces of its own construction-assembly complex. "In case it is not enough, Belarus will address organizations of other countries. Ukraine, Russia and Lithuania have the biggest experience,” he said.

Belarus is supposed to start construction of Nuclear power station in 2008 and finish by 2018.
