Government is shown at its work defect

First deputy head of the President’s Secretariat Olexander Shlapak declares that privatization program 2007 is not fulfilled. He said that today at a briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.

“Ukraine still observes so called “ordered” privatization and for last six months there was no one open tender (bids) which could contribute to long term investments,” he said.

According to Shlapak, the Government does not solve the privatization problem. “It is one of the Government’s shortage that must be solved.

Moreover, Shlapak noted that Government must solve problems on protection of the property and adoption of laws on joint stock companies, laws on deposit and registration activity and prevention of raiding.
