Yanukovych does not see reasons for extraordinary VRU session


For today there are no reasons for extraordinary VRU session. The PM of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych said that today in the scope of his visit to Yenakiyevo.

According to him, to hold session it is necessary definite grounds and yesterday I convinced the VRU chairman that there are no grounds for session now.

At that he also noted that “we reached understanding with Moroz and have no divergences concerning current situation in the country.”

Yanukovych also stated that it is necessary to create such conditions for elections that there will be impossible to dispute the results.

Answering the journalists question on possibility of 4th Yushchenko’s decree on VRU dissolution, Yanukovych said: “Grounds for elections must be legal and results of elections must be fixed.”

He also added that “we must not allow next political confrontation in Ukraine.”
