Yushchenko advises CCU not to make decisions


The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko considers that to achieve mutual understanding between the coalition and opposition the CCU should keep from making a decision concerning decree on the VRU dissolution. He told today in an interview in Poland.

According to him, it is necessary to adopt a moratorium for such actions of both sides that prevent constructive dialogue. “It is necessary to stop demonstrations. The CCu should keep from making a decision,” Yushchenko said.

According to the President, both the opposition and the coalition should return to the parliament. The VRU should start considering significant laws for the country. “It is necessary also to make changes in election legislation to determine principles of the early elections conduct,” he said.

Yushchenko considers the sides cant’ achieve mutual understanding without early elections. “Elections are necessary condition,” he noted.
