The People’s deputies appeal to CCU concerning new Yushchenko’s decree

160 people’s deputies appealed to the CCU concerning legitimacy of the President’s decree on the VRU dissolution and elections term of April 26.

Ivan Avramov head of the CC press office informed.

He also said that the CC judges keep on consider case on legitimacy of the Presidential decree on April 2 at closed plenary session.
