President speaks with Polish leader

According to the President’s press office, Victor Yushchenko and Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski spoke on the phone on Tuesday.

They discussed the political situation in Ukraine, particularlywhy the Ukrainian leader had dissolved parliament yesterday. Kaczynski agreed that the best solution was to hold an early election and ensure that it is held fairly and transparently.
