President faces difficult choice

Representatives of the committee of national salvation intend to meet the President of Ukraine immediately. BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko told Friday at a press conference.

“Now we are going to the President,” she said.

Tymoshenko noted that the committee plans to hand the President its appeal to dismiss the Verkhovna Rada. BYuT leader expressed a hope that Yushchenko will make a corresponding decision on early parliamentary elections.

In her turn, the coalition leader Raisa Bogatyryova declares that the opposition unfairly incites the President to dismissal of the parliament.

“The opposition acts out of the law and does not believe in supremacy of law; it does not respect democracy, but loves only itself and forces to serve it,” Bogatyryova told at the Forum of national unity, which is being held in European square today.

Addressing all comers the leader of the Party of Regions faction said that “we must not let anyone to split the country and turn back black crisis…we must protect the President from pressure.”
