BYuT asks CC to speed up consideration

Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko intends to appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with a request to speed up consideration of the question on function of the imperative mandate and on President’s right to dismiss the parliament on the ground of Article 90 of the Constitution of Ukraine.

Tymoshenko told Friday at a session of the committee of national salvation.

The BYuT leader noted that instead of reacting to disorders in the country the Constitutional Court “hid under stones and is afraid to raise head to make necessary decision.”

Tymoshenko also noted that both speaker Moroz and Premier Yanukovych must address the Court on this question “if they want honesty and justice in the power.”
