Government has taken all necessary measures for financing spring-field work

“We have taken all necessary measures for financing the agrarian sector. Now it is time to implement them”, Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych told journalists in Odesa, Cabinet press office reported.

The Prime Minister believes that this year spring-field campaign will be carried out under particular conditions. “The weather was warm this year and now it is necessary to fertilize soil first of all. We have not accumulated yet enough fertilizers and it is necessary to coordinate the activity of local banks and agricultural enterprises” Viktor Yanukovych explained.

At the same time the PM is confident that the agrarian sector has all opportunities for preserving the harvest but moreover Viktor Yanukovych noted that the level of readiness for carrying out spring-field work is different in the regions of Ukraine and the backlogs must be immediately removed.
